  • How does Hidden-Treasures work?
    Hidden Treasures sources donated items from a local recycling hauler in Clinton, MD, and makes them available to browse and purchase online. Your dollars spent at Hidden-Treasures go toward community support and services that help those in need of opportunity secure work, job security, financial independence, and sense of purpose.
  • Where do items on the site come from?
    Items are donated to our donation center and listed by member organization for sale on Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com.
  • Can I donate my items to Hidden-Treasures to get a credit on the site?
    At this time, donations are not eligible for Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com shopping credit. If you're interested in donating items to our local donation center, you can give us a call at (301) 395-3478 for information on how to receive tax credit for your donation
  • Can I sell my items on Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com?
    Currently, we don't offer this service.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    In order to optimize the funds available for making a positive impact in the community, we do not offer free shipping unless purchases over $50.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Shipping options vary per item. During the checkout process, you will be offered the shipping options available for your items based on your shipping address.
  • Do you ship outside the US?
    Currently, Hidden-Treasures ships to Canada in addition to the US.
  • How long will it take for my item to ship?
    Generally, your item will be processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. Transit times will vary depending on shipping destination, and carrier tracking information will be provided via email, as well as on your order status, which can be accessed in your Account Dashboard.
  • Why aren't all items available to ship?
    Due to size, weight, and logistical limitations, large furniture purchased through Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com is only available for pick up. Any shipping limitations of items in your cart will be clarified prior to purchase.
  • Can I update my shipping information?

  • I was browsing an item, and now I can't find it!
    The item you were looking at may have been purchased by another customer. Many of our listed items at Hidden-Treasures are one-of-a-kind or are of limited quantity.
  • How can I tell the condition of an item?
    The condition of our listed items are displayed in the item's Product Info section.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
  • Do you accept Apple pay?
    We aren't currently accepting digital wallet payment methods, but this feature will be available in the near future.
  • Why is the item in my cart suddenly no longer available?
    Once your item is in your cart, you will have 10 minutes to purchase it before the item becomes available for sale to other customers. Most items on Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com are one-of-a-kinds items. As such, it's recommended that you purchase items in your cart quickly to ensure you get the item you want.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    We do not currently offer gift cards for Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com but plan to offer them in the future.
  • How do I check my order status?
    You can access your order status by visiting your Account Dashboard and choosing 'Order History'.
  • What is your return policy?

  • Am I able to purchase online and return in store?
    Any items purchased on Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com may only be returned via mail to Hiddentreasuresthriftystore.com.
